We employ only the most reliable Hardware and we are utilizing the world famous Apache web server and a customized version of Redhat patched Linux.

We connect to the internet thru a full Net Access Dedicated connection.

Content:
All services may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party.

Note: Violence, Pornography, and related merchandising are banned from all our servers. 
This includes sites that may infer banned content, or link to banned content elsewhere. 
This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or content that may be damaging to our servers or any other server on the internet. Links to such materials are also banned and prohibited.

In addition: Sites selling or promoting Bulk email services or such software are not allowed here.

Examples of non-acceptable content or links:

• Pirated software
• Irc Bots
• Any illegal content.

We will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

Traffic Guidelines
Due to the unique resource characteristics and traffic patterns associated with certain types of sites, we are please to give our clients free unlimited traffics. Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a server is strictly prohibited.

CGI Scripts
Each account comes with its own cgi-bin. You are free to use any CGI scripts you wish, however we reserve the right to disable any CGI script that effects normal server operation.

Chat Rooms
We do not allow clients to install their own chat rooms. These tend to be large system hogs and we cannot allow it as an account option. We do provide a choice of Java chatrooms for a small extra charge that will more than fill your needs and run without hindering the performance of the machine for others. You are limited to one chatroom on your domain.

Background Running Programs
We may allow programs to run continually in the background. These are considered on a one to one basis and an extra charge will be incured based on system resources used and operational maintenance needed.

IRC
We currently do not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers.

eMail
Our mail system is tough on Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE or spam).
We reject mail from unknown domains. We do not permit relay through our hosts.
We also maintain a blacklist and AI filter that rejects the vast majority of spam.
Most of this is done automatically for our users without them asking.

Users of the our mail system unconditionally accept WebEstate's right to configure anti-spam measures.
We do not guarantee either that we will delete all spam, or that all legit mail will be delivered. The default user configuration rejects spam.
It may occasionally reject legitimate mail that appears to be spam.
Upon request, we can let more of the spam through into your account, but it is still possible that on rare occasions, legit mail may be lost for other reasons.

Refusal of Service:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our sole discretion.

If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed it will result in grounds for immediate account deactivation .
